Julian started his career as a Sourcing Designer for Coltejer-Praxis International and between 1991 and 1999 held positions in Colombia, Hong Kong and Morocco. He joined Warner Brothers Consumer Products in 1999 as Senior Category Manager and by 2003 was managing a number of licensed categories across the Warner brand of entertainment franchises as Group Category Manager.
