Julian started his career as a Sourcing Designer for Coltejer-Praxis International and between 1991 and 1999 held positions in Colombia, Hong Kong and Morocco.
He joined Warner Brothers Consumer Products in 1999 as Senior Category Manager and by 2003 was managing a number of licensed categories across the Warner brand of entertainment franchises as Group Category Manager. In 2004 Julian joined Marvel International Entertainment as Vice President of Licensing.
Julian was appointed Vice President of Licensing at Ludorum Plc in April 2008 where he was responsible for launching the hit pre-school brand Chuggington to the UK and European markets.
Fulfilling a long held ambition to start and run his own business, Julian set up Talisman UK in 2011.

Daniel Feller has a background in homewares and lifestyle retail buying and merchandising as well as licensing.
Daniel began working for Habitat in 1996 and spent three years in London and Paris working for the organisation in textiles and lighting merchandising and buying. A year and a half at Marks and Spencer followed this leading to entering the licensing arena at Disney Consumer Products in 1999. He joined Link Licensing which became Entertainment Rights in 2000 and remained there until 2003 when he became Director of Licensing for Abbey Home Media and their brands.
Since April 2004 and a move to Australia, he has managed the Copyrights Australia operation before beginning Talisman Licensing in May 2008. The opportunity to marry the experience from Habitat working with beautiful and quality homewares lines and the world of Licensing has been a long held ambition.

Hollie Raphael has worked in homewares retail and licensing since completing her interior design degree in London in 1993. She spent seven years in various management roles around the UK for Habitat UK, Heals and House of Fraser.
Hollie entered the wide world of Licensing in 2000 with a Category Manager role at Warner Brothers Consumer Products UK. This was the period of the build up to Harry Potter and Hollie managed homewares and accessories for all Warner Brothers licensees in the UK and on a pan-European basis. She managed all work for the Warner Bros Brands including Cartoon Network and Turner Classic Movies and was instrumental in securing the rights to License IPC interior magazine ‘Inside Out’ for Warner Bros UK.
Moving to Melbourne in 2004, Hollie joined Mattel where again as Category Manager, she managed all hardline categories for the Barbie and Hot Wheels brands and also commenced the programme for Monster High. After a very successful and happy six years managing these brands Hollie joined Talisman Licensing in May 2010 where she acts as Creative and Licensing Director specialising in the children’s lines which Talisman manages.

Vicky’s career in brand management began at Enid Blyton Ltd in 1996 working on classic brands from Noddy to the Famous Five. As Enid Blyton Ltd grew into Chorion PLC, encompassing a wide portfolio of brands including the world famous mystery writer Agatha Christie, Vicky moved up the ranks to Marketing Manager. In this role she oversaw the company’s brand development across the UK and Europe. During her time at Chorion, Vicky was involved in a number of exciting projects including the launch of Noddy to the US market and the global rebranding and relaunch of Agatha Christie.
In 2002 she moved to Entertainment Rights Plc as Brand Manager for Postman Pat, where she was responsible for the re-launch of the iconic pre-school brand to the global market. Although a marketing role at its core, her remit encompassed everything from TV series production to product development. She oversaw Postman Pat’s rebirth into one of the most successful pre-school brands in the market today.
Vicky joined Talisman UK in 2011 to help bring her core skill set to the lifestyle sector, an area that has been a long held passion for her.
